This new app has been recently launched in the app store. However, it can be downloaded only in iPhones and iPads as it is at present only available in Apple’s App store.

Users using Emojli emoticon only app, is also forced to create their users name using the emojis or emoticons. These may differ according to different platforms.

Developers of Emoji, said that they were inspired with the success of Yo. The further addition of 250 emoticons or Emojis motivated them to develop this app. The developers said that they have created this app as a satirical gesture to all the social media and messaging apps.

Initially it was doubted, whether this emoticon only app will be accepted. But developers said that they have already received 70,000 username reservations. This is quite big and still is just the beginning.

Yet moving to, or using an entirely picture based app without texts might be a bit difficult. Its hitch will be to decipher the picture which singly may have thousands of meanings. Yet as is said that a picture says a thousand words, may be it will be a matter of time before Emojli becomes as famous as the other apps.
